Position- QA Manager

Location- Tallahassee, FL- Onsite

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.
• Must ensure complete traceability across requirements, design, development, testing, and production using tools such as RTMs, DELs, and ADO.
• Experience in evaluating deliverables and work products against contractual requirements and documented acceptance criteria.
• Must maintain effective governance of Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, previews, and reviews, to ensure alignment with approved scope.
• Must have hands-on experience with ADO or similar tools to manage user stories, test cases, acceptance criteria, and deployments.

Must have proven experience conducting verification and validation activities to confirm that deployed functionality meets documented requirements.

• Must demonstrate strong audit and documentation skills, including the ability to track discrepancies, maintain validation trackers, and produce required quality artifacts.
• Must have experience developing quality management frameworks, including guidelines, playbooks, and post-implementation audit processes.
• Must have the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), business SMEs, and program leadership to address quality issues and drive resolution.
• Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to identify gaps, resolve misalignments, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
