Job Description: 

The Technical Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical architecture of enterprise-scale applications and systems. This role ensures that solutions are aligned with business objectives, scalable, secure, and maintainable. The Technical Architect works closely with product owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design

• Define and document end-to-end solution architectures.

• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• 
  
• Create high-level and detailed design documents, including data models, APIs, and integration patterns.
• 
  
• Ensure architectural consistency and best practices across projects.

Technical Leadership

• Guide development teams through implementation of architectural decisions.
• 
  
• Provide hands-on expertise in coding, debugging, and performance optimization when needed.
• 
  
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to standards.
• 
  
• Mentor engineers and promote architectural thinking.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Work with business analysts/product managers to understand requirements.
• 
  
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD and environment readiness.
• 
  
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
