Role: Product Owner with eCommerce Functional Analyst

Required Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in eCommerce functional consulting, product ownership, or business analysis.
- Deep understanding of digital commerce processes—catalog management, pricing & promotions, checkout, payments, and order fulfillment.
- Hands-on experience with one or more platforms: SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), Salesforce Commerce, Adobe/Magento, or Shopify Plus.
- Familiarity with integration points to ERP, CRM, OMS, and Payment Gateways.
- Strong grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills with the ability to balance business priorities and technical constraints.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making, using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or Power BI.
Preferred Skills:
- Exposure to Headless Commerce / Composable Commerce architectures.
- Experience with SAP S/4 or BRIM integration for order-to-cash processes.
- Knowledge of SEO, site performance, and accessibility standards.
- Certification: CSPO / PSPO / Agile Product Owner or equivalent.
