Roles and Responsibilities:  

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with experience in Salesforce to create intuitive, user-centered designs for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user experience principles, Salesforce platform capabilities, and modern design practices to enhance usability and drive user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• 10 years of experience in UI/UX.
• Design user interfaces and experiences for Salesforce applications, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Lightning components
• Conduct user research, gather requirements, and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of designs
• Optimize user journeys and workflows within Salesforce to improve efficiency and usability
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI standards aligned with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS)
• Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve designs
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with best practices
• Stay updated with Salesforce updates and UI/UX trends
