Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst with strong experience in Money Movement and Retail Banking. The ideal candidate will act as an SME for P2P (Zelle), Account-to-Account (A2A) Transfers, Bill Pay, RTP, and FedNow while bridging the gap between business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Money Movement products including Zelle, A2A Transfers, Bill Pay, RTP, and FedNow.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, development, and integration teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and development strategies.
• Support testing, implementation, and production deployments.
• Conduct gap analysis and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analyst experience in Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and Digital Payments.
• Hands-on experience with Zelle, A2A Transfers, Bill Pay, RTP, and FedNow.
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence preferred.
