Role :Mainframe Developer | Tech Lead / Tech Manager

Location: Dearborn, Michigan (MI)

Visa : H4 EAD ,GC, USC only

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer / Tech Lead / Tech Manager who can lead cross-functional teams, manage complex system integrations, and collaborate closely with business and offshore teams.

Role Summary:

• Understand system interdependencies across KBS, RDM MW, AXAT, Mainframe (MF) and lead technical implementation.

• Work with technologies such as SAS Admin, SQL, Mainframe, Java, Linux, C++.

• Identify and resolve source system issues while coordinating with offshore teams.

• Drive technical discussions, implementation planning, and motivate teams to meet committed timelines.

• Run Daily Stand-Up DSM meetings (EST hours) and lead backlog grooming sessions.

• Verify user stories meet acceptance criteria and obtain approvals.

• Track projects/programs and articulate technical details effectively.

• Perform 5WHY analysis on high-severity and critical incidents.

• Update iteration metrics accurately and ensure accountability across the team.

• Monitor monthly job runs for delays/failures and ensure timely acknowledgments.

• Manage all customer communications (emails, Teams, calendar) efficiently.

• Act as the single point of contact for incident management and compliance audits.
