Job Description:

• 10+ Years of Experience as Oracle DBA
• Candidate must be experienced with Oracle GoldenGate.
• Install, configure, and maintain Oracle GoldenGate for real-time data replication across heterogeneous environments.
• Design and implement replication strategies including unidirectional, bidirectional, and active-active configurations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot GoldenGate processes (Extract, Pump, Replicat) to ensure data consistency and high availability.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of replication processes to minimize latency and maximize throughput.
• Handle data migration, upgrades, and patching activities related to GoldenGate and Oracle databases.
• Implement security best practices, including encryption and access controls for data replication.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and database teams to support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity solutions.
