Key responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds
Lead end-to-end architecture and technical delivery
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic objectives
Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for complex business challenges
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, data privacy, and ethical AI guidelines
Salesforce Expertise Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Community Cloud), Marketing Cloud Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQLRESTSOAP APIs and integration patterns Agent force AI
Experience embedding AI-driven workflows using Agent force Predictive analytics and conversational AI capabilities DevOps Tools Copado, Gearset, Antirabbit for CI/CD Cloud Architecture
Knowledge of AWS, Azure or other cloud platforms Compliance.
Familiarity with regulated environments (ITAR, NERC CIP, NRC) when applicable.
