Role: iCertis CLM Lead

Location: PA or Remote

JD:

 10+ years' experience required

• Design, configure, and customize Icertis CLM solutions to support Client buy-side and sell-side contracting processes

• Develop custom extensions and rule logic using C#/.NET, JavaScript, and Icertis APIs to meet complex business and legal requirements

• Implement and support integrations between Icertis and upstream/downstream enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, Order Management, Billing)

• Configure contract workflows, approval hierarchies, clause libraries, templates, and metadata models

• Support contract-to-order and contract-to-revenue traceability to enable accurate financial and operational reporting

• Lead data migration activities from legacy contract systems into Icertis, ensuring data integrity and validation

• Participate in Agile delivery cycles, supporting SIT, UAT, deployments, and post-production stabilization

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring platform performance, scalability, and reliability

• Collaborate with Legal, Sales Operations, Finance, and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Produce technical design documentation and ensure adherence to Icertis and Client enterprise best practices
