Role :- Salesforce Developer with Agent Force Experience

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong Agent Force experience. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce applications that support agent management, sales processes, and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize solutions on Salesforce Platform using Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs.
• Design and implement features related to agent management and agent sales processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
• Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Platform development
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
• Experience working with agent force management systems
• Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
