Title: ServiceNow FSM Architect

Job Description-

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.
• Define FSM data model, integrations, scheduling strategies, and mobility architecture using ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to developers, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable FSM implementations.
• Design and oversee integrations between ServiceNow FSM and external systems (ERP, CRM, GIS, IoT, asset management platforms) using REST/SOAP and Integration Hub.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and platform teams to translate field service requirements into end-to-end ServiceNow FSM solutions.
