Detailed JD:

1.     Experience 8 years in project management with focus on technology transformation in legal compliance domains.

2.     Strong understanding of SDLC processes, governance frameworks, and risk management.

3.     Familiarity with vendor management, contract negotiation, and RFP processes.

4.     Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

5.     PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
