Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master with strong experience in driving Agile delivery, optimizing DevSecOps practices, and aligning development efforts with cybersecurity and compliance standards. This role will play a critical part in enabling secure, high-performance software delivery by facilitating agile processes, tracking key performance indicators, and coordinating closely with cybersecurity, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams, product owners, cybersecurity, and business stakeholders
  • Guide Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies and best practices
  • Work closely with security teams to integrate secure development practices into the SDLC
  • Promote early detection and resolution of vulnerabilities through threat modeling, security testing, and code review cycles
  • Drive awareness of cybersecurity best practices within Agile teams
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to streamline and secure CI/CD pipelines
  • Promote automation, continuous testing, and shift-left security strategies
  • Ensure transparency through effective communication and status reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
  • Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe, LeSS)
  • Experience working in DevOps/DevSecOps environments
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, secure SDLC, and vulnerability management
  • Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent project management platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
