Overview
Casting a line for a Workday Financials Lead This is a remote Contract to Hire.
The reason this position exists is to support and optimize the Workday Financials Management platform across a global organization, ensuring it aligns with business goals and drives efficiency in finance operations. Workday Certifications highly desired.
What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience building solutions with the Workday Financials Management platform in a global environment.
- Proficiency in Workday Core Financials, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Adaptive Planning, Expenses, Projects, and Reporting.
- Familiarity with Workday integration solutions, including both direct integrations and those via middleware.
- Exposure to Workday Extend and Accounting Center is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of key finance business processes, reporting requirements, and global finance challenges.
- Proven experience developing technology solutions based on business needs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Intermediate proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
