We are looking for a Project Manager to lead complex enterprise-scale technology and business transformation projects across multiple workstreams, departments, and geographies.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex projects across multiple workstreams, departments, and geographies
  • Define and drive project strategy, governance frameworks, success metrics, and delivery roadmaps in alignment with organizational objectives
  • Lead project intake, prioritization, and resource planning in partnership with senior leadership and the PMO
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and conflicts across the project portfolio, escalating as appropriate
  • Mentor and guide junior project managers and coordinators, building PM capability across the organization
  • Champion continuous improvement in PM methodologies, tools, templates, and best practices
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for project delivery, maintaining trust and transparency with executive sponsors, business owners, and key stakeholders
  • Design and deliver executive-level status briefings, steering committee presentations, and portfolio dashboards
  • Facilitate complex stakeholder alignment sessions, resolving competing priorities and negotiating scope and timeline tradeoffs
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships across business and technical teams, vendor partners, and external consultants
  • Own the end-to-end UAT strategy for enterprise implementations, defining scope, entry/exit criteria, resource requirements, and risk mitigation plans
  • Oversee UAT planning across multiple business units, ensuring comprehensive test coverage aligned to business requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Lead UAT governance including defect triage meetings, prioritization of critical issues, and go/no-go readiness assessments
  • Partner with QA leads, business analysts, and IT teams to ensure UAT environments, data, and tooling are ready and fit for purpose
  • Drive executive sign-off processes and ensure documented approvals are in place prior to go-live decisions
  • Identify systemic testing gaps and implement improvements to UAT processes for future projects
  • Lead the planning and execution of enterprise system implementations, including ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other complex platform deployments
  • Drive cutover strategy development including detailed run books, parallel processing plans, data migration validation, and rollback procedures
  • Orchestrate go-live war room operations, serving as the central command for real-time issue identification, escalation, and resolution
  • Coordinate across technical leads, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business operations to ensure seamless deployment execution
  • Manage organizational change management activities including impact assessments, training strategy, and communication planning in partnership with HR and L&D
  • Establish and lead structured post-implementation support programs, including tiered issue triage, SLA tracking, and escalation protocols
  • Own the post-implementation review (PIR) process, driving root cause analysis, lessons learned documentation, and continuous improvement recommendations to leadership
  • Monitor system adoption, KPI performance, and user satisfaction post-go-live, proactively flagging areas requiring intervention
  • Oversee transition from project mode to operations, ensuring clean handoffs to support teams, IT operations, and business owners
  • Maintain post-go-live project documentation, FAQs, known issues registers, and operational runbooks
  • Manage project budgets ranging from $500K to multi-million dollar engagements, including forecasting, variance analysis, and executive reporting
  • Oversee vendor contracts and third-party delivery partners, ensuring accountability to scope, schedule, and cost commitments
  • Lead resource planning across blended teams of internal staff, contractors, and vendor consultants
