Job Title: Pega Customer Decision Hub Developer

Location: Richardson,TX ~ SCOTSDALE, AZ ~ Woonsocket, RI

We are seeking an experienced Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Developer to design, develop, and implement decisioning solutions that meet client business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Pega CDH solutions to meet specific client requirements.

• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Develop and implement Pega CDH decisioning strategies, rules, predictive models, and customer journeys.

• Integrate Pega CDH with external systems and enterprise applications.

• Test and debug Pega CDH solutions to ensure functionality and performance.

• Deploy and maintain Pega CDH applications in production environments.

• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing and implementing Pega CDH solutions.

• Strong understanding of Pega CDH architecture and core components.

• Experience developing decisioning strategies, rules, predictive models, and customer journeys within Pega CDH.

• Hands-on experience with Pega CDH integration and deployment processes.

• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC) certification.
