Job Title: C++ Developer - Trading Technology

We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Developer with extensive experience in trading technology and a background in Rates, Credit, FX, or Equities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining high-performance trading systems. *Key Responsibilities:*

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance trading applications using C++.

- Implement and optimize algorithms for trading strategies.

- Collaborate with quants, traders, and other developers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Conduct performance analysis and optimization to ensure low-latency and high-throughput trading systems.

- Integrate trading platforms with market data feeds, order management systems, and risk management tools.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to trading systems and infrastructure.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in trading technology.

*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in C++ development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

- Extensive experience in trading technology, preferably within Rates, Credit, FX, or Equities.

- Knowledge of low-latency programming, multi-threading, and performance optimization.

- Familiarity with financial markets, trading algorithms, and electronic trading platforms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
