Role: Senior Project Manager
Location: Bloomington, MN (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
PMP Certification: Mandatory

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support enterprise-wide initiatives across our Commercial Technology & Innovation (CTI) organization. This role will focus on enabling teams to effectively manage cross-functional initiatives while also supporting Salesforce Product & Pricing delivery activities.
What You'll Do
CTI-Wide Project Management Enablement & Delivery Support
- Act as a project management enablement resource across CTI initiatives, including:
- Quote-to-Cash (QTC)
- Product & Pricing
- CPQ
- Dashboarding & Insights
- Other CTI initiatives as they evolve
- Enable teams to effectively manage their own initiatives while maintaining accountability within their functional areas.
- Coach and guide teams on fit-for-purpose project management practices, including:
- Defining scope and success criteria
- Developing work plans, milestones, and managing dependencies
- Risk, issue, and decision management
- Support medium to large cross-functional initiatives by:
- Structuring delivery plans
- Tracking progress, risks, and dependencies
- Preparing status reports and coordination materials
- Promote consistent yet practical project management standards, templates, and delivery practices across CTI.
- Support effective use of project management tools such as Wrike, JIRA, or similar platforms by:
- Setting up and maintaining project spaces, boards, workflows, and dashboards
- Improving visibility into priorities, progress, and blockers
- Act as a coordination point across CTI initiatives to improve alignment and reduce duplication.
- Support project closeout activities, including:
- Documentation
- Lessons learned
- Recommendations for continuous improvement
Salesforce Product & Pricing Delivery Support
- Provide delivery and coordination support for Salesforce Product & Pricing initiatives.
- Support activities such as:
- Product setup and maintenance
- Price book configuration
- Discount logic and pricing rules
- Product lifecycle and cleanup activities
- Ensure Product & Pricing changes are:
- Planned and coordinated effectively
- Tested prior to release
- Documented and communicated appropriately
- Partner with Finance and Commercial Technology teams to support accurate execution of:
- Billing-related configurations
- Revenue recognition updates
