•         Expertise in designing data flow architecture

•         Communication and interpersonal skills, team leading,

managing offshore onshore model, act as liaison between business leads

and tech team.

•         Converting business requirements into technical requirements.

Developing strategies/solutions to improve costumer experience.

•         Experience in AEP tools, design and developing XDM,

configuring source and targets, creating customer segments, knowledge of

AJO/CJA
