Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional 

Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Job Description: 

Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Lead with multiple Implementation and Support experience, covering all modules of Oracle HCM. 

This position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders, 

own end to end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, 

configure the system, resolving the issues, conduct unit and system integration testing, user training & acceptance testing 

Qualifications: 

· Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. 

Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. 

· Candidates must be located either in Dallas TX or be willing to relocate to the area. 

· At least 10 years of Relevant Information Technology experience that includes Oracle fusion cloud HCM experience 

· Extensive experience in at least 3 modules among Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Absence 

· Knowledge of Extracts, Fast Formula & Integrations 

· Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle 

· Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis 

· Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans 

· Identifying functionality gaps and developing solutions for them 

· Developing an understanding of a client’s current state process and developing future state recommendations 

· Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems 

· Lead and conduct CRP, SIT and UAT 

· Developing end-user documentation and training materials 

· Delivering end-user training 

· Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables 

· Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner 

Preferred Qualifications: 

· Oracle hands on functional experience with technical knowledge 

· Working experience on Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting and Absence 

· Experience working on SQL queries and HCM Extracts, Integrations 

· Required to have production support experience in Fusion cloud projects 

· Strong written and verbal communication skills 

· To be able to work in Global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator.
