Job Title: Delivery Manager – Java Full Stack / Cloud / SRE

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong expertise in Java Full Stack development, Cloud technologies, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end project delivery, manage cross-functional engineering teams, drive cloud transformation initiatives, and ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead delivery and execution of enterprise-scale Java Full Stack and Cloud transformation programs across distributed teams.

* Manage project planning, sprint execution, release coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

* Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, SRE, QA, architecture, and business teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

* Drive modernization of applications using microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, and CI/CD best practices.

* Oversee development activities involving Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Angular/React, and cloud platforms.

* Ensure platform reliability, observability, monitoring, incident management, and production stability using SRE principles.

* Lead production support governance including RCA analysis, SLA management, incident resolution, and performance optimization.

* Implement DevOps and automation strategies for build, deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and operational monitoring.

* Work closely with cloud engineering teams on scalability, resiliency, security, and infrastructure optimization initiatives.

* Manage stakeholder expectations, project reporting, resource allocation, budgeting, and delivery governance.

* Mentor development and SRE teams on engineering standards, operational excellence, and agile delivery methodologies.

* Coordinate with offshore and onsite teams to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project execution.

Required Skills:

* 10+ years of IT experience with strong background in Java Full Stack technologies.

* 5+ years of experience managing enterprise application delivery programs.

* Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, Hibernate, and multithreaded applications.

* Experience with frontend technologies such as Angular, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

* Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), production support, observability, and incident management.

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

* Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

* Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.

* Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.

* Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience leading cloud migration and modernization initiatives.

* Exposure to SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and reliability engineering.

* Prior experience in banking, finance, healthcare, telecom, or large enterprise environments is preferred.

* PMP, Scrum Master, AWS/Azure/GCP certifications are a plus.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
