The Business Systems Analyst will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. This role is responsible for gathering, analysing, and translating business needs into clear technology requirements, particularly within Oracle and Apex environments. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams to develop test plans and scripts, lead testing cycles, and validate deliverables against requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, system knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure alignment on requirements and solutions.
  • Lead the creation of test scripts and test plans with internal teams.
  • Conduct testing, manage test execution, and document results.
  • Understand and analyse current systems (OracleApex) to support design and testing.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure successful delivery.

Experience & Background:

  • 5–8+ years of business analysissystems analysis, or QA/test lead experience.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle (ERP/Finance modules) and Apex applications.
  • Experience in translating business requirements into technical documentation.
  • Proven success leading test designexecution, and defect management in large system implementations.
