Role: Business Process Analyst

Job Description:

• Experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform; hands-on configuration or workflow design is a plus.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
• Additional Business Analyst certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent are required.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with process modelling tools and methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
