Required Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud

(ORC).

At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud

functionality (candidate management, recruitment workflows, reporting).

Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration tools.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR Systems, or related

field (or equivalent work experience).

Certifications: Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.
