Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager – CM Integration & Development to lead critical enterprise initiatives focused on data conversion, reporting, middleware integration, and data warehouse re-platforming within a large-scale Oracle ERP environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ERP integrations, and technical project leadership. This role will manage technical workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise integration and conversion solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-level integration, conversion, reporting, and data warehouse re-platforming projects.
• Oversee CM Integration & Development activities across Oracle Fusion and related enterprise systems.
• Manage development teams responsible for RICE components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.
• Coordinate technical workstreams including integrations, middleware, data migration, and reporting.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and prepare technical/design documentation.
• Ensure integration architecture aligns with current business requirements and future scalability.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
• Support Agile/SCRUM and hybrid SDLC project execution methodologies.
• Work closely with system integrators and stakeholders to resolve technical and functional issues.
• Lead testing, debugging, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support activities.
• Configure and maintain in-house tools supporting business and administrative processes.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to technical development teams.
