Onsite 5 days a week and F2F interview at San Ramon, CA

• Fluency in writing Python code across libraries like FastAPI, Polars, boto3, asyncio, gRPC
• Fluency in writing advanced SQL queries involving joins, window functions etc. across SQL(Postgres, Snowflake) and NoSQL (MongoDB). Some familiarity with Databricks is a plus. 
• Ability to understand financial mathematics concepts like CAGR, Sharpe Ratio, Max Drawdown etc. and convert them to Python code. Familiarity with mathematical optimization techniques. 
• Experience with Shell scripting, Git, CI-CD pipelines, Package management tools like Poetry
• Experience with orchestration tools like Airflow and message queuing systems like Kafka or SQS is required
• Experience with asyncio, gRPC, threading is a plus
• Ability to use LLMs in day-to-day work and general understanding of how LLMs work
• Excellent communication skills to understand the need of platform users and convey the right solution for their needs
• Ability to brainstorm with peers and mentor juniors to steer the group towards the optimum solution
• Should be a graduate from tier1/2 college or should have worked at top companies in the past.
