Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to support the Commercial Banking platform. The role focuses on bridging business requirements and technical implementation for analytics, AI-driven, and document-centric applications. The Tech BA will work closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Platform teams to ensure clear requirements, traceability, and successful delivery in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with backend, UI, AI, and platform teams to clarify requirements and support solution design discussions.
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint execution activities.
- Ensure requirements alignment across analytics, AI workflows, document processing, and integrations.
- Assist with UAT planning, validation scenarios, and business sign-off.
- Support release readiness activities including changing documentation, releasing notes and deployment validation.
- Act as a liaison between US stakeholders and India teams.
Required Skills
- 8+ years Strong experience as a Technical or Systems Business Analyst in enterprise applications in Commercial banking domain
- Hands on experience in some AI Tools and GITHUB
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation in JIRA/Confluence.
- Ability to understand technical concepts such as APIs, microservices, data flows, and system integrations.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
