Looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Lead with strong development, team leadership, client-facing experience, and mandatory CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITSM certifications.
Required Certifications
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) - Required
- ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) - Required
- ServiceNow CIS-ITSM - Required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM development and delivery.
- Design and configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog modules.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Manage CMDB, Discovery, IRE rules, and data governance.
- Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, demos, and design reviews.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.
