Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Lead

Location: Remote - Chicago, IL(Only Local) (Must be willing to travel to client sites as needed) – LOCALS ONLY.

Looking for a hands-on ServiceNow ITSM Lead with strong development, team leadership, client-facing experience, and mandatory CSA, CAD, and CIS-ITSM certifications.

 

Required Certifications

  • ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) - Required
  • ServiceNow CAD (Certified Application Developer) - Required
  • ServiceNow CIS-ITSM - Required

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end ServiceNow ITSM development and delivery.
  • Design and configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog modules.
  • Develop integrations using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
  • Manage CMDB, Discovery, IRE rules, and data governance.
  • Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and analysts.
  • Conduct client workshops, requirement gathering, demos, and design reviews.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders.
