Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Consultant with expertise in Secondary Cost Integration and Risk Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and optimizing SAP solutions to facilitate secondary cost integration with risk management processes. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP Controlling (CO), Finance (FI), and Risk Management modules to ensure seamless data flow, accurate financial reporting, and risk mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP Configuration & Implementation: Configure and implement secondary cost elements, cost centers, and internal orders in SAP CO to support financial reporting and risk assessment.
• Integration Management: Ensure smooth integration of SAP CO/FI with Risk Management solutions, enabling accurate cost allocation and risk analytics.
• Data Validation & Reconciliation: Establish controls for data accuracy, validation, and reconciliation between cost management and risk modules.
• Process Optimization: Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, risk, and IT teams to understand requirements and provide solutions that align with business objectives.
• Reporting & Compliance: Develop reports and dashboards for cost analysis, risk assessment, and compliance tracking.
• Testing & Training: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-user training to ensure a smooth deployment.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP secondary cost integration and risk management issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with SAP Controlling (CO), Finance (FI), and Risk Management modules.
• Strong knowledge of secondary cost elements, cost center accounting, and internal orders.
• Experience in SAP Risk Management and compliance frameworks.
• Understanding of SAP S/4HANA, FIORI, and SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Ability to develop functional specifications for technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• SAP certification in CO/FI or Risk Management is desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SAP BW/BI reporting for risk analysis.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to risk management.
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven risk management strategies.
