Job Title: SAP Lease Management Consultant

Job Summary:

As an SAP Lease Management Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Lease Management solutions for clients, ensuring compliance with leasing accounting standards such as IFRS 16, ASC 842, and local regulations. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, offer expert advice, and guide the design and optimization of lease management processes and solutions within SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their leasing business processes, challenges, and accounting requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP system configurations.
• Advise clients on best practices and solutions to streamline lease management and ensure compliance.
• SAP Lease Management Implementation
• Configure and customize SAP Lease Management features based on client-specific business needs and processes.
• Lead and/or support the end-to-end implementation of SAP Lease Management solutions, including SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) and SAP Lease Accounting.
• Configure SAP modules for lease contract management, accounting, payment processing, and reporting.
• Ensure that SAP Lease Management is fully integrated with other SAP modules (FI, CO, etc.) for seamless financial reporting and accounting.
• Accounting Standards Compliance (IFRS 16, ASC 842)
• Perform periodic audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with changing regulations.
• Provide functional and technical troubleshooting as needed.
• Create custom reports and dashboards to meet client-specific reporting needs for lease contracts and financial data.

Technical Skills:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Lease Management, SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management), or SAP Lease Accounting.
• Experience with IFRS 16, ASC 842, or other global lease accounting standards is essential.
• Proven track record of successful SAP Lease Management implementations and configurations.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, particularly SAP Lease Accounting (SAP RE-FX, SAP Lease Management).
• Proficiency in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling) modules.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like SAP Fiori, SAP BW, and custom report development.
• Knowledge of lease lifecycle management and accounting principles.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certifications (Not Mandatory):

• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Lease Management.
• SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting.
