Job Description

Role Overview

Supports development of AI-enabled capabilities for defense product platforms. Focuses on rapid prototyping, LLM integration, and automation pipelines for U.S. Army customers. Transitions validated prototypes into production with the dev team.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship + ability to obtain/maintain DoD Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's in CS, Data Science, Math, Engineering, or related
• 4+ years software development, including AI-enabled applications
• Python or modern programming language proficiency
• Experience with LLMs: API usage, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows
• Blazor / .NET or similar component-based web framework experience
• Prototype and proof-of-concept development experience
• Windows OS familiarity, willingness to work in Linux environments

Desired / Preferred

• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance
• 5-6 years of relevant experience
• AI orchestration frameworks, data pipelines, RAG/retrieval architectures
• Experience in classified or air-gapped development environments
• DoD or federal government program experience
