Job Summary:

Program Manager with a strong background in Retail. We're looking for a candidate who has successfully managed large programs involving 15-20 cross-functional teams. They should possess the technical expertise to quickly grasp systems and functional knowledge, while also having a sharp project management mindset to identify and address issues in a timely manner and collaborate effectively with teams and vendors. Needs to be a leader who can work as a partner at a peer level with Product and Engineering VPs. Needs to be able to organize and structure early-stage, evolving projects with a light touch. Needs to manage rapidly iterating work, and be able to pivot teams as needed to maintain rapid progress.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Drive program roadmaps, working with the business and technology leadership.
  • 10+ years or more experience in Program Management.
  • Experience in e-commerce/retail is advantage
  • Bridge the gap between technology delivery decisions and business impact analysis
  • Understand and manage to the link between daily program activities and the overall program outcomes.
  • Outline the risk profile with appropriate mitigation plans and stakeholder responsibilities.
  • Own program communications at all levels across Technology and Business stakeholders.
  • Serve as Director-level leadership for Product and/or Engineering on an extended basis as needed for Program success.
  • Identify and ensure resolution of impediments to the team s progress escalating to senior leadership if needed.
  • Care for the team - seek to unlock the energy and potential of the team to be the best it can be.
  • Manage the teams' velocity and timing while identifying ways to improve velocity, estimation, and quality.
