Job Description

• The best fit for this role would be a hands-on Applied AI / AI Platform Architect rather than a traditional enterprise architect.
• Define AI architecture and direction while working directly with the team to build and deploy reusable acceleration patterns.
• Help make the team faster and more capable by driving applied AI practices, not just providing strategy.

Required Experience

• Recent hands-on experience with:
• Python engineering and production AI/ML code.
• Databricks.
• MLflow.
• Azure AI Foundry.
• RAG and LLM application architecture.
• Agentic AI patterns and tool-based workflows.
• Evaluation frameworks for LLMs/models.
• Reusable accelerators, templates, and reference implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Define AI architecture and technical direction.
• Work directly with engineering teams to build and deploy reusable acceleration patterns.
• Drive applied AI practices around:
• Evaluation frameworks (Evals).
• AI Ops.
• AI Agents.
• Reusable skills/components.
• Production deployment.
