Role: Power BI, Tableau

Location: Remote

Dashboard Development: Design and build executive-ready, interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

Data Modeling: Extract, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (e.g., Azure, SQL, APIs) into structured data models.

Business Translation: Gather reporting requirements from non-technical business stakeholders to track KPIs and solve organizational problems.

Data Governance & Security: Maintain data integrity, implement row-level security (RLS), and ensure regulatory compliance.

Technical: Advanced proficiency in SQL, DAX (for Power BI), and Tableau calculations.

Visualization: Strong knowledge of data storytelling, chart selection, and dashboard UI/UX best practices.

Soft Skills: Problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to explain complex data clearly to cross-functional teams.
