Role: Oracle EBS Finance Technical Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Technical Consultant to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financial modules. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Oracle Financials, Oracle APEX development, Workflows, and AME (Approval Management Engine), along with the ability to work closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical development and support for Oracle EBS Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, etc.).
• Design, develop, and customize solutions using Oracle APEX.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Workflows and approvals.
• Configure and support AME (Approval Management Engine).
• Develop custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICE components).
• Work with PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and XML Publisher.
• Perform data analysis, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Support production issues and participate in system upgrades and enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 15+ years of experience in Oracle EBS technical development.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS Financial modules.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle APEX development.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Workflow and AME.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher.
• Experience with integrations and interface development.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Houston, TX.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in energy or utilities domain.
• Prior experience working with large enterprise clients.
• Exposure to EBS upgrades or R12 implementations.
