Job Title: Product Owner

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and engineering teams, driving product vision, defining requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality features in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze product requirements from internal stakeholders
• Coordinate the creation of product mockups and prototypes for feature requests
• Write, document, and present features and requirements to engineering teams
• Own and sign off on functional specifications
• Guide cross-functional teams toward successful feature delivery
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions
• Break down and help estimate Product Backlog Items (PBIs)
• Present priorities, clarify requirements, and answer developer queries during sprint cycles
• Identify and help mitigate blockers impacting sprint or release goals
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on product progress and updates
• Coordinate testing efforts including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release processes
• Manage, prioritize, and track bug fixes
• Develop detailed requirement specifications, including UI mockups and business logic
• Define and articulate clear acceptance criteria for backlog items and defects
• Support the Product Manager in backlog creation, maintenance, and prioritization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of overall professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management within a fast-paced SaaS environment
• 2+ years of experience working on consumer-facing products
• 1+ year of experience in data handling and manipulation
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a flat organizational structure
• Data architecture knowledge or exposure
• Relevant industry experience (preferred)
• Technical background or familiarity with modern development technologies
