Overview
We are seeking a hands-on, customer-centric Engagement Lead to drive adoption and success across our AI Marketplace and API Platform. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between internal customers and product teams, ensuring seamless onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support. The ideal candidate will blend technical acumen with strong stakeholder engagement skills to champion the voice of the customer and accelerate productization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Success
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams leveraging the AI Marketplace and API Platform (OI API Gateway).
- Guide customers through onboarding, integration, and adoption processes, offering hands-on support and enablement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities.
- Create and deliver training materials, demos, and best practices to drive platform usage and value realization.
- Regularly report on engagement metrics, onboarding progress, and customer feedback to leadership and stakeholders.
- Present insights, trends, and recommendations to product teams and executive leadership to influence strategic decisions.
- As a customer champion, suggest new features to platform product team: improvements and automation to streamline the onboarding and management process.
AI Marketplace Enablement
- Track and manage commercial listings on the AI Marketplace, ensuring accuracy, discoverability, and alignment with business goals.
- Partner with product teams to support the productization of AI models, tools, and services.
- Facilitate listing reviews, metadata enrichment, and compliance checks for marketplace entries.
- Monitor usage metrics and adoption trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote new listings and success stories.
API Platform Product Operations
- Onboard new APIs to the API Gateway, ensuring proper configuration, security, and documentation.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of APIs, including versioning, deprecation, and retirement.
- Ensure APIs adhere to governance policies, security standards, and organizational guidelines.
- Understand security policies and mechanisms (e.g., authentication, authorization, rate limiting) to protect APIs and data.
- Regularly audit API access, ensuring compliance with internal security policies and industry standards.
- Provide ongoing support for API-related issues, including debugging, resolving errors, and working with teams to apply fixes.
- Analyze API logs and metrics to proactively detect and address potential issues before they affect end users.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for APIs, including usage guides, best practices, and troubleshooting tips.
- Work with API management platforms like Apigee, Azure APIM, or similar tools to configure, deploy, and monitor APIs.
- Implement API policies, traffic management, and service-level agreements (SLAs) in the API Gateway.
