Role : Automation Lead 

Location : Charlotte, NC / Dallas, TX (Hybrid)

Role Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Automation Lead with deep expertise in designing and implementing automation frameworks within the security domain. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, Grafana, and security-related automation, with a proven ability to architect scalable solutions that streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

·         Design and develop automation frameworks for security processes and tools. 

·         Build reusable components and libraries to accelerate automation initiatives. 

·         Automate dashboards, alerts, and reporting using Grafana for security monitoring and analytics. 

·         Develop robust Python scripts and modules for process automation and integration. 

·         Collaborate with security engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to identify automation opportunities. 

·         Ensure automation solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements. 

·         Optimize existing automation workflows for performance and scalability. 

·         Provide technical leadership and mentor team members on automation standards and practices. 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

·         6–8 years of experience in automation development, with at least 3+ years in the security domain. 

·         Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and framework development. 

·         Hands-on experience with Grafana for dashboard automation and visualization. 

·         Solid understanding of security principles and processes (IAM, monitoring, compliance). 

·         Experience in designing modular and scalable automation frameworks. 

·         Familiarity with APIs, RESTful services, and integration patterns. 

·         Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

·         Strong communication and leadership abilities.
