PURPOSE:
We are seeking a Talent Manager to oversee the ongoing delivery of global talent management and talent acquisition programs that support the growth, development, and retention of our workforce. This role is responsible for supporting and managing core talent processes—such as performance management, succession planning, recruiting and career development—ensuring they are executed consistently across regions while meeting the needs of a diverse and global workforce. The Talent Management Manager will work closely with HR Business Partners, COEs, and business leaders to deliver high-quality, scalable talent practices.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• 6+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on Talent Management, Performance, and/or Talent Acquisition in a large, complex, or global organization.
• Strong understanding of global talent practices, with experience coordinating programs across multiple geographies.
• Proficiency in talent systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle) and experience interpreting data/reporting.
• Excellent program coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to support change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training to drive system and process adoption.
• Experience partnering with IT, HRIS, and functional teams to design, test, and deploy enhancements to HR technology and related processes.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global environment.
