Position: Business Analyst - Conga CPQ and Conga CLM

Location: MN - Hybrid

Duration: Contract Role

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Support the design and implementation of Conga CPQ and CLM solutions.
• Analyze and improve quoting, pricing, approval, document generation, and contract management processes
• Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production validation.
• Create process flows, business documentation, training materials, and job aids.
• Support Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with Conga CPQ (product configuration, pricing, discounting, quote generation, approvals)
• Hands-on experience with Conga CLM (contract authoring, template management, clause libraries, approvals, eSignature
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM/Sales Cloud
• Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Contract Lifecycle Management processes
• Experience with Agile/Serum methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Excellent analytical, problem-saving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
