Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and IT requirements to identify, optimize, and implement improvements.
- Design and integrate new or enhanced business applications aligned with organizational architecture.
- Act as a technical designer to identify optimal solutions and develop technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership across project delivery, including documentation, training, and overseeing build activities.
Key Activities
- Conduct business process analysis, needs assessment, and cost-benefit evaluations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements and identify solutions.
- Document current workflows, facilitate process mapping, and recommend improvements.
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Validate requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including UAT and post-implementation support.
- Develop and deliver user documentation, process flows, and training materials.
- Provide technical support for engineering systems, including applications and tools.
- Manage system enhancements from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Support vendor management activities (contracts, renewals, evaluations).
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation and operational issues.
- Create flowcharts, BPM workflows, and system diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and leadership.
- Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
