Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced D365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialise in delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions that address business challenges and optimise customer relationship management processes. This role involves requirement gathering, system configuration, stakeholder collaboration, and supporting successful project implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement Analysis & Solution Design:
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements.
- Develop functional specifications, process designs, and solution architectures for D365 CE.
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organisation to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current business processes
- Provides in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CE application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics CE functionality
- Is responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- System Configuration & Customisation:
- Configure D365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement customisations or integrations.
- Facilitates the customer’s decision-making process and develops the functional design document that will drive the development process (if modifications/customisations are required, either to processes or to the Microsoft Dynamics CE application.)
