Position: BPM Architect(Business Process Management)

Location: Stamford, CT-Hybrid-2 days office.

Exposure to the BPM Platforms : We need someone who has done creation of BPM governance framework, defining KPIs, identifying and prioritizing process structurally, finding right fit tools, and streamlining prodcess.  Specific platform experience does not matter”Should have extensive experience in defining the Best practices and implementing a governance model for BPM Automation programStrong understanding of BPM methodologies, workflow automation, business process optimization, process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN) and system integration methodologies.

Required:

Has experience in implementing BPM programs from scratch to operationalization and BAU

Excellent communication skills. Should be able to talk to Business and prioritize the Automation use cases based on the Customer requirements

Should have a good understanding of the Banking processes
